Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancelling more than 7 days before the start of the class

If you need to cancel a class up to 7 days prior to the start of your class, you are eligible to receive a full refund back to your original payment method. To cancel a class, please refer to your registration confirmation email. Under Order Summary, you will find a link to ‘view and manage your order’. This link will take you to an Eventbrite page where you can request a refund and cancel your class.

Cancelling within 7 days of the start of the class

Any cancellations made within 7 days of your class will receive attendee credit to be applied to a future class. If you need to cancel your class within 7 days of your class, please email LPCHCommunityClass@stanfordchildrens.org and we will process the attendee credit for you, which can be applied to a future class. You will have two years to use this attendee credit before it expires.

After the start of the class

No refunds or changes to class dates can be made after the start of the class. If there is an unforeseen circumstance, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling your class

To reschedule a class, please cancel your original registration and re-register for a future date.
