Application timeline

The Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Administrative Fellowship Program adheres to the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) application timeline, and therefore, application materials will be due by September 29, 2023.

Application submission

There are two ways to apply to the Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Administrative Fellowship Program

1. Email the following application materials in one single PDF document to fellowships@stanfordchildrens.org by September 29, 2023.
   
   1. Cover Letter
   2. Resume/CV
   3. One page personal Statement discussing your interest in a pediatric-focused administrative fellowship program, knowledge of Stanford Medicine Children's Health, and career goals as a health care leader
   4. Official Graduate School Transcript
   5. Unofficial Undergraduate Transcript
   6. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (one academic reference, one professional reference, and one of your choice).
   7. Cover sheet with following information:

2. Apply through the National Council on Administrative Fellowships’ NAFCAS centralized application system. The application portal will open in June 2023 and application materials will be due no later than September 29, 2023.
