  • “I work hard to have children feel comfortable and unafraid.”

I wanted to be a pediatrician even in elementary school. I admired my childhood pediatrician. He was rather gruff and chain-smoked in the exam room, but most importantly he had a wry sense of humor and really cared about my family and me.

As a pediatrician, I strive to minimize testing and medications for children with minor illnesses, while always looking out for potentially serious or dangerous situations. I work very hard to have children feel comfortable and unafraid during their appointments, and hopefully even enjoy their appointments. There is a wide range of child-rearing practices; I try to make parents feel good about their style of parenting.

I am proud to work with the top-notch pediatricians and excellent staff in my practice. At the end of the day, I really appreciate that parents entrust me with what is nearest to their heart — their children.
