Liver Care Center (Hepatology)

Our team of pediatric liver doctors (hepatologists) are leaders in treating complex pediatric liver disorders. We use innovative state-of-the-art techniques and therapies, along with pioneering research, to treat all stages of liver disease and disease in related organs, including the gallbladder, pancreas, and biliary tree. Our team works closely with our renowned liver transplant team to care for children with advanced liver failure, and with the Alagille Syndrome Program to provide nationally recognized care for children with this syndrome who have multiorgan needs.

Doctors are supported by a comprehensive team of dedicated care coordinators, registered dietitians, social workers, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, all with specialized training in hepatology. We partner with Stanford Medicine Health Care’s Liver Clinic to provide the very latest treatments available through clinical trials and cutting-edge research.
