Prospective Patients

The Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction Program manages patients with complex congenital heart disease from throughout the country and around the world. Our team communicates extensively with referring physicians to coordinate the evaluation and care of patients before and after surgical intervention.

Typically when a child is referred to our team, the local cardiologist contacts our medical director or program coordinator by phone: (650) 507-4386, or email: PAReconstruction@stanfordchildrens.org. The referring physician sends the required medical records, including insurance information. Once the records are reviewed and insurance authorization is obtained, we will contact the family to discuss the recommended surgical intervention.
