2018 Sports Physicals

The Young Athletes Academy aims to provide quick, accessible and specialized medical care for Bay Area athletic teams. For your convenience, we provide sports pre-participation evaluations to our community’s student-athletes. Sports Physicals are valid for one calendar year.
