Telehealth at Stanford Medicine Children's Health

We are dedicated to bringing you the best care in children’s health in the nation. That’s why we’re proud to offer telehealth virtual visits as a convenient way to consult directly with your provider from home, using your mobile device or desktop computer. Even if your child is not an existing patient or already has a primary care pediatrician, you can still access a Stanford pediatrician or specialist to get their expert advice and experience for when you need it.

With virtual visits you can do the following:

  • Receive care at home or wherever you have an internet connection
  • Get lab results, review symptoms and ask questions easily and securely

To get started with telehealth, talk with your provider’s office to see if you’re a good candidate for virtual care. You’ll need an active MyChart account, a mobile phone or desktop computer and a strong internet connection.

Interpreter and language services are available for all virtual visits—please contact your provider’s office for more information.

If you have questions about MyChart or forgot your password, please call (877) 339-9895 for 24/7 assistance.
