Our team’s priority is to ensure you have a safe and comfortable birthing. Our obstetric anesthesiologists bring experience from leading health care providers, including providers in the United Kingdom, Austria, and United States, and are certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and The Royal College of Anaesthesiologists. Stanford Medicine Children’s Health’s obstetric anesthesiologists are widely published on topics from prevention of chronic pain after childbirth to preeclampsia, and have been honored for their research in obstetric anesthesiology. All our physicians teach at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
