Nancy Mason, MD

  • “I love delivering babies and problem-solving with patients.”

I've always been fascinated with the body and its processes, and what's more amazing than pregnancy and childbirth? I love delivering babies and problem-solving with patients as they go through different ages and stages. I have a really good time working with people; I like to include them in the decision-making process and go over options together so we can find the best solution.

After doing this for so many years, it comes naturally to me like breathing or having a heartbeat; I was made to do this. There's just something about seeing people go through the process of becoming parents and learning to develop with their families. It is the best, and I find it a life-renewing process.

I have so much compassion for new mothers. Taking a new baby home is so joyful, but those first few months are also relentless, and there is no epidural for that. I realized that after having my own children, so I know those moms need some extra understanding.
