I believe that everyone deserves the same degree of care when it comes to their health. Being a pediatrician means I get to work with people from so many different backgrounds. It is truly wonderful how we can all learn from each other. Taking care of children every day is so rewarding. I am able to join them on their journey starting as a new baby and watch them go out into the world as adults.

During the short time of each visit I spend with each patient and their family, we create a strong bond. The connections I create with the families fuel me all day long. I am grateful for the trust that patients' parents place in me, and I honor this trust by taking my time to really get to know them and hear their concerns. Every patient is unique, even patients from the same family, so I look at each child as an individual, and together we find the balance that is best for them.
