Pediatric Cardiology Associates – Los Gatos

We are a team of healthcare professionals who specialize in the care of pediatric heart disease. For the past 30 years, we have been dedicated to the wellbeing of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults affected by acquired and congenital heart disease. We serve the community of the South Bay with outpatient and inpatient visits from our offices in Los Gatos, Capitola, and Salinas. Most insurances including California Children’s Services, Medi-Cal, and Medicare are accepted. General Directions

From CA-85 South
Take the Los Gatos Blvd/Bascom Ave exit. Turn left onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your left.

From CA-85 North
Take the Bascom Avenue exit toward Los Gatos Boulevard. Turn right onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your left.

From US-101 North
Follow US-101 North. Keep right at the fork to continue on CA-85 North, and follow signs for Cupertino/Mountain View. Take the Bascom Avenue exit toward Los Gatos Boulevard. Turn right onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your left.

From I-280 South
Take exit 12 to merge onto CA-85 South toward Gilroy. Take the Los Gatos Blvd/Bascom Ave exit. Turn left onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your left.

From US I-880 South
Follow I-880 South and continue onto CA-17 South. Use the right two lanes to take the Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expwy exit. Turn left onto Camden Avenue. Turn right onto White Oaks Road. Turn right onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your right.

From CA-17 North
Take exit 23 toward Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expwy. Turn right onto White Oaks Road. Turn right onto South Bascom Avenue. 14561 South Bascom Avenue will be on your right.
