Scheduling FAQs

Cancellations:

To cancel a class, please refer to your confirmation email and follow the link at the bottom of the message. Class may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start date with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date of the class will incur a $25 administrative fee. No refunds or changes to class dates can be made after the start of the class.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your class if the dates no longer work with your schedule. In order to do this, you will need to cancel your current registration following the directions above. Per our cancellation policy, any changes or cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date of the class incurs a $25 administrative fee. Once we receive notice of your cancellation we will issue a full or partial refund. You may re-register (sign up) for another class at any time works best for your schedule.

Waitlists:

Unfortunately, we do not keep waitlists for any of our classes. Availability in the classes can change due to cancellations which occur most commonly in the days, even hours, before a class is set to start. We recommend checking the site periodically closer to the start date for seat availability as cancellations are reflected online immediately.
