Concussion Program Care Team
The Stanford Children’s Health Concussion Program is a comprehensive program designed to help your child return to sports and regular activity safely after a concussion. Our multidisciplinary team of pediatric physicians and experts in orthopedics, sports medicine, and neurology are available to provide consultation and coordinated care.
To schedule an appointment with the Stanford Children’s Health Concussion Program, please have your pediatrician send a referral via fax to (650) 721-2884 and our new patient coordinators will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
