Obstetric Care Team

We’re by your side every step of the way

Our care teams have expertise tailored to your pregnancy. Our obstetric care team includes Stanford Medicine specialists in maternal-fetal medicine and general obstetrics, along with nurse practitioners dedicated to obstetric care. We also provide consultations and work with your obstetric providers in the local community to support your pregnancy. On your baby’s birth day, our Labor and Delivery team is ready for a normal delivery or one with complications.

Coordinated care for fetal health issues

Should your baby have complex health issues, our Fetal and Pregnancy Health Program will coordinate a comprehensive, multidisciplinary care team of subspecialists and services to support your and your baby’s needs.

Many of our staff members are bilingual, with translation services to support many languages, including sign language.
