
STANFORD, Calif.—Stanford Medicine Children’s Health proudly announced the appointment of Bradley A. Geier as the new Chair of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford Board of Directors effective January 1, 2026.
Brad Geier is a founder, co-owner, and co-managing partner of Merlone Geier Partners. His career includes serving in senior leadership positions at Trammell Crow Company and the Taubman Company.
“Brad is a proven leader who has significantly contributed to the Packard Children’s Board since joining in 2020,” said Jonathan Coslet, former Board Chair. “His vast experience advising numerous organizations and his active engagement and presence in the community make him a perfect fit for this new role.” Geier has strong connections to Stanford University. He holds an undergraduate degree in history and served on the university’s board of trustees. He has also been involved in additional key leadership and volunteer positions at Stanford, including participation on the Bing Overseas Studies Program Advisory Council, and serving as co-chair of the Parents’ Advisory Board. His contributions have earned him the prestigious Stanford Associates Governors’ Award for exemplary volunteer service.

Geier, who earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, also takes an active role in educational and advisory boards. He participates as a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego, a director of Positive Coaching Alliance, and a past board president and lifetime trustee of the Bishop’s School in La Jolla, California.
