Revive is a dedicated and passionate multidisciplinary group whose goal is to improve survival rates and help ensure favorable neurologic outcomes for resuscitated children.

Revive Leadership

Marc Berg, MD

Dr. Berg is board certified in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and is Revive’s medical director.

Areas of expertise:Pediatric critical care and resuscitation, specifically education/simulation and CPR performance issues

Lynda Knight, MS, BSN, RN, CPN

Lynda Knight, MS, BSN, RN, CPN  is director of Revive.

Areas of expertise:Pediatric resuscitation science, CPR quality and research, in situ and mobile resuscitation simulation training and debriefing

Ralph Gonzales

Ralph Gonzales is Revive's simulation program manager.

Areas of expertise:In-situ simulation, resuscitation and high-quality CPR

Dr. Su is board certified in Critical Care Medicine.

Debbie Sakai, MD

Dr. Sakai is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology-Oncology. Dr. Sakai is the co-chair of the Revive Education Oversight Committee.

Julie Kennedy

Julie Kennedy, MSN, RN-C, CN IV NICU, is a Revive champion.
