The Family Guidance and Bereavement Program at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health invites families and staff to attend:

Join other Stanford Medicine Children’s Health families for a day of community as we honor and celebrate the babies and children we have lost.

Attendees have the option to join us in person or join the virtual program at 1:00 p.m. PDT. Doors open at 12:00 p.m. PDT for those attending in person. The livestream link will be emailed to you after you RSVP, closer to the day of the event. Please note that the ceremony will not be recorded.

For those attending both in person and online, we invite you to attach up to three digital photographs or images that represent your child by Sept. 15th to display during the ceremony's slideshow.
