Stanford Medicine Children’s Health — Pediatrics in Livermore has grown alongside the area’s expanding population. Our philosophy emphasizes taking the time to assess each child individually, from birth through their teenage years. Our board-certified pediatricians focus on building long-term relationships with families in a warm and welcoming environment. Also, our centralized location provides access to Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley Urgent Care Center. We welcome new patients and look forward to meeting your family.

CHADIS Login
CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.

If you are unable to complete CHADIS before your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time in order to complete the health questionnaires in our office.

From I-580 East
Take the exit toward CA-84 West/Isabel Avenue. Turn right onto CA-84 West/Isabel Avenue. Continue to follow CA-84 West. Turn left onto East Jack London Boulevard. Turn right onto Murrieta Boulevard. Turn left onto East Stanley Blvd. 1133 East Stanley Boulevard will be on your right.
From I-580 West
Take the Springtown Boulevard/1st Street exit. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for 1st Street/Downtown. Turn right onto First Street. Turn right onto Railroad Avenue. Continue onto East Stanley Boulevard. Make a U-turn at Fenton Street. 1133 East Stanley Boulevard will be on your right.
From I-680 North
Take the exit toward Pleasanton. Merge onto Sunol Boulevard. Continue onto First Street. Continue onto Stanley Boulevard. 1133 East Stanley Boulevard will be on your right.
