Stanford Medicine Children's Health - Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford is a separately licensed hospital which shares in the overall mission and the campus of the Stanford University Medical Center. Stanford Health Care (SHC) provides some direct patient services to Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford patients. A majority of the providers at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford are also on the medical staff at Stanford Health Care. 

Providers in the following specialties must have privileges at Stanford Health Care in order to be granted privileges at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford:

• All surgical specialties
• Anesthesia
• Pathology
• Radiology
• Radiation/Oncology
