  • “I am here to support my patients so their lives may be as wonderful as possible.”

I have always loved working with kids. Not only are children so much fun, but the developmental journey from newborn to young adult is incredible. And every child has their own unique story.

My interest in pediatric neurology blossomed in college while I was working as a counselor at a summer camp for children with neurologic conditions. I was inspired by their extraordinary courage and resilience. I wanted to better understand them and help make a difference in their lives.

As a pediatric neurologist, I have the privilege of partnering with families to help their children reach their full potential. Delivering quality care begins with understanding and empathy. In addition to my 20+ years of ongoing training in academic health systems, I have learned so much personally from my patients and families, not to mention my own three children.

I am here to support my patients so their lives may be as wonderful as possible, regardless of the situation. I strive to make every child's visit to my office a fun experience, engaging and empowering them in the process. They can express themselves, and those expressions are felt and heard. I love seeing my patients learn, grow, and thrive.
