Take 280 South towards San Jose. Merge onto Highway 85 North (Mountain View). Continue on Highway 85 and take the Fremont Avenue exit. Turn left at the stop light. The clinic will be on the right side of West Fremont Avenue.

From the North Bay
Take 101 South towards San Jose. Merge onto Highway 85 South (Cupertino/Santa Cruz). Continue on Highway 85 and take the Fremont Avenue exit. Turn right at the stop light. The clinic will be on the right side of West Fremont Avenue.

From the East Bay
Take 880 South. Merge onto 237 West towards Mountain View. Continue on 237. Merge onto Highway 85 South (Los Gatos/ Santa Cruz). Take the Fremont Avenue exit. Turn right at the stop light. The clinic will be on the right side of West Fremont Avenue.

From the Cupertino/Los Gatos Area
Take Highway 85 North towards Mountain View. Take the Fremont Avenue exit. Turn left at the stop light. The clinic will be on the right side of West Fremont Avenue.
