The Ronald McDonald House at Stanford provides a "home-away-from-home" and support for the families of children with life-threatening illnesses receiving treatment at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. Ronald McDonald House provides a haven these families can call home, allowing them to give their ill child complete attention and support.

The new 52,000-square-foot Ronald McDonald House at Stanford

Families are filling the new and expanded Ronald McDonald House at Stanford after 10 years of planning, $40.5 million in fundraising and countless hours of operation prep and planning. The new House is one of the largest of the 357 Ronald McDonald Houses in the world and provides a home away from home for an additional 65 families. Designed by a volunteer army of interior designers, the house is not only beautiful but highly functional with 67 family suites, homelike kitchen and dining areas, age-specific activity rooms, fitness center, private consultation rooms, laundry area, underground parking, storage and more.
