COVID-19 Vaccine Update

This website provides information on current vaccination activities. Stanford Children’s Health has two drive-thru locations for children 12 to 17 years of age and who would like to schedule a vaccine appointment. Please note, parental consent is part of the registration process or it may be provided via phone or video at the time of the appointment.

Clinic locations

We have two vaccine clinic locations for 12 to 17-year-olds.

  1. Cisco Garage (SJC Parking Structure 2) at 350 E Tasman Dr, San Jose. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  2. Alameda County Fairgrounds Vaccination Site, 4501 Pleasanton Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Tuesday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Other options for vaccination

Patients may have access to vaccine through resources beyond those offered by Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health. We encourage you to get vaccinated where convenient and in the most safe and timely manner possible. We will continue to update you as more vaccines are received and made available for distribution and will continue to partner with our local county health authorities to reach individuals who do not have access to primary care providers.
