What to expect

We’re glad you chose our fertility services. Here is what you can expect as you begin care at our fertility clinic:

  • Initial consultation: You will meet with a doctor (reproductive endocrinologist) to determine if the causes of your infertility can be corrected, and to develop an appropriate treatment plan. If you have a partner, we recommend that you attend this consultation together.

  • Return appointment: At your return appointment, we will review the test results with you, finalize the treatment plan, and create a calendar that will outline the specific steps of your treatment.

  • Treatment: Depends on whether you are doing ovulation induction only, intrauterine inseminationin vitro fertilization, or surgery.

Prepare for your visit

Before making an appointment, check your benefits with your insurance provider. When you call (844) 661-9857 to schedule a consultation, our patient care coordinator will pre-register you and send patient and partner questionnaires for you to complete and return prior to your appointment. This will help your doctor develop your care plan.

Once we receive the completed questionnaires our new patient coordinator will call to schedule your appointment and send you a welcome packet. The packet contains consent forms for a genetic screening test and release of medical information. Please bring them to your first appointment along with:

  • Photo ID.
  • Health insurance card.
  • Medical records from your OB/GYN and other relevant documents.

Please note that both you and your partner will need to register with us. If possible, bring your partner and their insurance information to your first appointment.
