Examining and conducting quality improvement and research studies

The Revive Initiative for Resuscitation Excellence goals and objectives are to examine and conduct quality improvement, and research studies in regard to improved patient outcomes and survival after a patient’s condition has deteriorated.

Revive’s focus encompasses improved cognitive, technical and behavioral skills and performance needed to improve team dynamics and resuscitation skills in these low volume but extremely high-stake events. Through ongoing quality improvement and research studies, the Revive team strives to improve patient outcomes and survival promoting the highest quality of care for the safety of our patients, one child at a time in the Stanford Medicine Children's Health community and beyond.
