Altos Pediatric Associates

Since 1978, the pediatricians of Altos Pediatric Associates have been providing the highest-quality care in a warm, friendly environment located in a residential neighborhood in Los Altos, California. As a small group practice, we work collaboratively to provide a medical home that can personally cater to your child’s individual needs. For over two decades, we have served families in the Silicon Valley from Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and San Jose.

We see children from infancy to young adulthood; our goals are to partner with families, respecting the vast diversity of traditions here in the Bay Area and to promote optimal health and wellness. As the primary care providers for your children, the care team at Altos Pediatric Associates will guide you in providing the appropriate care for your children, whether they contract the usual childhood viral illnesses, sustain an injury, or develop a more serious acute or chronic medical condition. Our pediatricians are also skilled in helping you deal with behavioral and developmental issues.

Having intentionally chosen to work in a small-practice setting, our pediatricians provide a more relaxed pace and enjoy focusing on patient education. The pediatricians at Altos Pediatric Associates trained at some of the leading institutions in the country and bring added expertise gained from years of interacting with patients and raising their own children.

Office hours

Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. – noon and 2 – 5 p.m.
Our receptionists are available starting at 8:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. to schedule appointments. If your problem is not urgent, we encourage you to call after 10 a.m.

Saturday, 9 a.m. – noon, urgent care only
An additional fee applies to Saturday and holiday visits.

Sick children needing appointments will be seen on the day an appointment is requested. Because we must leave appointment space available for ill children, our well-child appointment times may be filled as much as six to eight weeks in advance. Please schedule your well-child appointments well in advance.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us at least one day in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
